They did a great job replacing both acl is my dog. Its not cheap but great work

The staff is very knowledgeable and kind with my furbaby. Definitely would bring my pets here again

I brought my dog for a medical procedure and biopsy and was initially really impressed with the facility and its staff. They are very sweet to the animals and thorough with explaining procedures. They make you feel like your animal is in the best of hands.

Visited a few weeks ago. Everyone I encountered was absolutely amazing, from the folks behind the front desk, to Dr. Filer. I was greeted by about half a dozen people during my visit there and I was so impresssed by each one's ability to show they cared about me and my pet. As it turned out, our news was not good. After following Dr. Filer's advice to make her remaining days as comfortable as possible, we eventually lost our kitty last week. However, now that my tears have dried, I just had to take the opportunity to say that if I had to do it all over again, I'd be right back in this office. Thank you so much for your professional care and compassion!!! Five Stars!!!

I found it really strange and disheartening that after I spent a good amount of money there, they couldn’t even take the time to talk to me about possible next steps following a very rare diagnosis that possibly needs surgery. When I talked to my primary vet, she also didn’t seem like they had presented her with possible options either. I ended up deciding on my own to ask my vet to refer me to the UGA veterinary hospital because I still felt like I had no idea what I was doing and needed some professional advice.

The veterinary staff and doctors are wonderful. Took my dog here for a torn ACL and he is back to his normal self in no time. A bit out of my way but we'll worth the drive. Highly recommend this veterinary office to anyone!

The biopsy results took over a week to get which probably was out of their control but was stressful to wait for. When the biopsy came back with rare results however, the surgeon said they needed time to talk to other doctors to figure out next steps and to give them time to reach back out to me. I waited four days and heard nothing and ended up calling them only to be told by other staff that the surgeon wanted me to talk to my primary veterinarian. I wouldn’t have even called back unless the surgeon hadn’t told me they were going get in touch with me again.

I wanted to come out of this experience positively but it left me with a lot more questions than answers.
