Vet is knowledgeable and caring but some front desk staff are absolutely rude. The clinic is also not cleaned very well. Dried blood and fecal matter in exam room. Parking lot has a pothole big enough to swallow your car
I am so happy I found Town and Country on Woodstock road. I was very unhappy with my previous vet, next door, and decided to try a new vet office. I made an appointment at Town and Country and it was great. I loved Dr Adams! The wait was not long before they saw my dog. My previous vet would examine my dog in a back room instead of examining her in the exam room in my presence. They said in order to get my dogs full records transferred I would have to come in person to pick them up. When I asked why they said "That is our policy." I never understood why but it was their policy to not do an exam in the room with the dog owner. I always felt like they milked every appointment for the most they could get and felt like they would take unnecessary x-rays or do unnecessary blood work etc. My bills were seldom under $300 at my previous vet office. Today the bill was $176 for the visit and medicine, everything. I will not hesitate to take my dog there whenever there is a problem since I know they wont gouge me. at Town and Country, the staff was friendly and helpful and you could telk they love what they do and they really care about the pet too.
Dr.Crespo is taking care of my dog scrappy and explained in detail what was wrong and what the plan for treatment is. Great place and very helpful!
Dr. Adams and her staff are amazing. Very thorough. They take the time to connect and provide personal attention to you and your pet in a very genuine and caring manner. They are positive and client/pet centered. I came as a transfer from another practice and my dog was very ill, having gone through many complicated surgeries and emergency care. Dr. Adams helped us pull through it, and happily, our dog is thriving!
The staff at this clinic were so loving towards my dog during his week-long stay here. I was nervous at first because he can be shy around strangers but the staff assured me that he was coping well in the new environment. I really appreciate how affordable it is to board here compared to many other places in the area. I just wish they allowed pickups on weekends!
