Outstanding service!
The worst experience I have ever had a federal facility of any type. The branch manager is rude, arrogant, unprofessional and in my opinion a bigot. She is dire need of some emergency cultural diversity training. I would give a rating of lower than one star if it was allow. The people who gave a fair rating probably work at Walmart Super Center. The Mansel branch is inside of the Walmart Super Center at that location. She has no business working with people much less people's finances. The branch manager's name is Marlene Kovacs.
Lady on this bank is very arogand and with out tolerance for costumer. Please nobody go here. Very arogand. I am from Czech rep. And she talking with me like she is something more, unprofessional, disrespectful and lazy lady. I never meet somenody like this lady, how she can working on bank with people!!!
Today I went in to the local Woodforest National Bank at 970 Mansel Rd., Roswell, GA 30076. This branch is located inside the Walmart Super Center. I went in because I was receiving a Western Union. When I step in the branch I saw a teller and a lady behind the desk, whom later stated she was the branch manager. I began filling out the form as instructed and I ask the simple question of what would happen with my personal information after transaction was completed. The branch manager Ms. Marlene Kovacs then told me that this was the information need and I was asking to many questions and if I wanted services I need to just follow instructions. (The reason I ask the question regarding my personal information was because my identity was stollen in 2014.) When I tempted tell her why I had ask the question she told me to get out and I would not be receiving any services there. She shouted at me told me to get out again and again . I ask for her name so I could file a formal complaint and she threaten to have me removed. I was totally taken off guard. I left the bank and when over to customer service inside the Walmart. I explain to manager there what had just occured. I did manage to get the number off of a poster on the wall of the bank so I could make a formal complaint. I am certain because of the color of my skin and my attire I was racially profile as a thug, because she had no other reason to behave this way. I was was dress apropriately for riding my Harley Davidson Motorcycle which I was doing just before enter the Walmart. Even when I ask her to be reasonable and allow someone else to service me she refused. She attempted to hide the spelling of her name on her name tag and kept talking over the teller and myself as we were trying to converse since she was being so extreme unprofessional. The person Marlene Kovacs obviously had a problem with the way I looked, and from that decided that I was not worthy to be treated with decency and respect; something that all people should be afforded. I am proud to say I am a 21veteran of the U.S. Army and I don't have PTSD. I am also a father, a grandfather, and natural citizen of this country. I fought for people just like Ms. Kovacs to have the freedoms we so often take for granted, but I didn't fight for people civil liberty to stripped from them by people like Ms. Kovacs misjudging and profilling Americans of other cultures to be treated like unwanted dogs in a federal building, like FDIC banks. I have served the Federal Government honorably and proudly for over 21 years and this type of disrespected should not be tolerated regardless of whom it is directed. I do not say this to boast because I have many other accomplishments than my service to my country but to say, I did not come back to this country to be treated like public enemey number one, like many of my forefathers who are also veterans. Ms. Marlene Kovacs is a example of what we don't want at in our banking institutions; making decisions about our finances and determining the livelihood of their member. I for one and glad I do not have my money in Woodforest National Bank. Certainly if you can be racially profiled at the Western Union counter there is no chance for a African-American receiving a loan with people like Ms. Kovacs as the branch manager.
Woodforest should get a -7 star review. Made a deposit and they kept my original check and sent me a "legal copy". Wonder if they will list the check as abandon and trade it as a note or security without my consent!!! Such banksters .......
