I am a small business owner and had been banking with Regions Bank for years and in recent years, had become less than impressed with their service. They had small bank type service when I first signed up years ago, but that had ceased as they grew into a banking giant, everything had become a huge ordeal and most large transactions required manager overrides and long holds on my checks. In the mean time, I had an escrow account I kept with Bank of the Ozarks for my real estate company. When the time came to start looking for a new bank, I checked with Ozarks because it made sense seeing as I already had 1 account with them and had no issues with it. I also checked several credit unions and other banks and in the end, Bank of the Ozarks fees were less than everyone else and it offered that small town feel that had vanished with Regions. I went in and met with James, who was extremely accommodating, very knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He helped me set up 6 accounts for various businesses and my personal acct. and went above and beyond the call of duty. Everything went very smoothly and was handled expeditiously. The tellers are also very helpful and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone...if you have a business, go see James. He will take good care of you!

Real mature call the cops on 2 teenagers who's transmission blew out, next time how about you come out and ask what's wrong instead of calling the cops. IMAGINE IT WAS YOUR OWN KIDS UH, YOU WOULDNT LIKE IT ONE BIT NOW WOULD YA

My suggestion: bank where you're not looked down upon.

Went in to meet with a business banker. Met with "James Cash" the branch manager. He acted like I had to earn the privilege to bank with them or even talk to him for that matter. Then he proceeded to tell me the story of the bank's Triumphant CEO and how he bought a controlling stake in the company when he was 25 and how he's been the CEO for 39 years. That's great, James Cash but that story does nothing more than put up a barrier between you and the customer.
