Every time I come in here there is no help. I come in here maybe 3 or 4 times now with my 2 dogs and everybody is all in the back or somewhere and I gotta say too that little blonde girl Alex ( I think that’s her name, kinda strange for her to have a dudes name that’s how come I remember) that does the cash register is plain mean when I asked for help with something. I needed puppy food and she finally comes out of the back or near the fish tanks she be hanging around talking to the guy there and she could stare a hole through you, she don’t say nothing you gotta feel real bad for asking. All she does is look at you mean and kinda point to where you need to go. I don’t know how the place is organized where they be putting stuff I came to roswell from Conyers so excuse me for needing help at a store. They got a lot of stuff and it’s cleaned ok but they need to clean the ferrets too they really smell and I guess that’s why my dogs always want to go to see that cage with the ferrets.
I'm coming from Eagle Idaho, so maybe things are different out here, but this store is more like a Pet Smart than a Petco. Petco's are normally cleaner, smell nicer and better laid out than Pet Smart, but this place was grimy, poorly laid out and has a funky smell. Only went here because I needed a carrier and it's bear my vets office.
Actually really enjoy this petco very nice and clean. Has a huge selection of different things to choose from for different types of animals. Great employees very helpful and also informative!
