I have been with State Farm Insurance for about 10 years. I have my home, rental property and mu car insurance with them. I have received good service from SF when ever needed and they are priced competitively.
Glens a decent guy, his boss Heather Dodd however, thats another story.
I have been with State Farm for 6 months and they are horrible the Glen Monroe office in Roswell Ga, gave me nothing but horrible service and when I tried to switch agents they gave me the run around for a month, which made my insurance late. Sate farm is not like a good neighbor, they can treat you bad and it's ok , they can be rude to you and its ok, they can not be helpful and it's ok, they can choose not to follow through on things you ask them to do and it's ok.......State Farm is the worst and you would think the home office would be able to fix any issues but they did't help . I will be leaving state farm this month....Merry Christmas to Me!!!!
My husband and I have had our insurance with Mr Monroe and his team since we bought our 1st home here in Georgia back in 1992.. at ages 22 and 23. Needless to say we have always been treated like family by the ladies that have always held this office down. We have been blessed have ladies like Ms. Melba, Ms..Sheila, the always sweet, kind and patient Ms. Ashley and now the perfectly fitted Ms. Brennen. When I need to ask questions. ...they never make me feel foolish or bothersome. ...as I know I often am. We have been though a lot over the years and we hope that never changes. I can say more... believe me... but I won't. Take my word....we are not a family that is easily impressed....but we know who deserves our loyalty....and Mr. Monroe and his team will not let you down.
