They get a 0 rating... That's how horrible my experience was. I arrived at the Roswell office for my appointment only to have someone yell my name to come back (very unprofessional). I sat down with the rude person whom I thought was supposed to be a knowledgeable professional, that could walk me through the process for vaccinations for travel and I turned out to be wrong. She was very forceful and came across as a sales person and not a professional in the medical field of administering vaccines. Her customer service interactions were horrid. She was very rude and condescending. When I left the office I Spoke with someone in the corporate office about the experience and that person did not apologize and tried to get me to reschedule instead of addressing the concerns of the horrible employee experience. Her excuse was she wasn't a good fit and she would get me someone else. Everyone should be a good fit when you deal with the public. I will NEVER step foot in that place and I will advise friends and co-workers to be caution of this business. My advise is go somewhere else. The Minute clinic is better treatment.
I went in for an immigration physical and the process was a breeze. this was our second experience with passport health - both experiences were very efficient, informative and productive. Unlike our experience at a different travel clinic where they did not seem as well educated or as experienced with dealing with tourism required immunization. I loved the ability to get everything we needed in one place and the detailed information they provided to us to take away. Superb service and well tailored to this specific customer base.
The nurses are helpful in giving you all the medical information you will need for your travels. Office staff are very courteous and you're in and out quickly. The travelers diarrhea kits are a must if you don't wanna ruin your vacay and are very affordable.
