Just curious about how Aaron's Rental will handle recalls on the Samsung washers. I reached out to the store today and spoke with Demarco and was informed to contact Samsung since it's their issue to which I've already done prior to calling Aaron's. According to their website/representative you have two options, which I choose to select the rebate to purchase a new one. Well, I was advised that Aaron's will not honor the rebate and my only option is to have a tech to come out and service the washer since I have an account that has roughly 4 payments left. My question is why Aaron's will not honor rebates when they sell Samsung products? Her response is they no longer sell their products due to the recalls....interesting when I have spoken to this sales rep on several occasion months ago regarding a mildew smell the washer has and she assured me that I have a great product and there are no recalls, and Samsung products is all they sell. She became overbearing as she started to talk over me after asking several questions that just didn't add up. I asked her why haven't Aaron's reached out to me to inform me about the recall and her response was its Samsung issue, not theirs and they just found out about the recall on 11-05-2016 from Corporate. All of this makes absolutely no sense to me when this has been Nationwide before now regarding the top load washers. To add insult to injury the sales rep had the nerve to say that during the 5 years she's been with the company she never known anyone to pay for a set of washer/dryer cash upfront! WTH does that have to do with my issue regarding the recall and furthermore you are way out of line!!!! If that's the case, if you have a new car I'm more than sure you didn't pay for it cash upfront either you idiot!!!!

My account was suppose to be set up for payments to be paid on the 15th of the month go in to pay after paying on the 15th of every month they tell me I have to pay more because it was due on the 1st. Asked to speak with the person who has been dealing with my account. They said he was helping with the truck. Instead of going to get him they made me wait over 40 minutes for him. I refuse to pay $30.00 more when my payments are suppose to be on the 15th not the 1st. Not good business. Customer should not have to wait that long he could of took over for me to talk do the guy a few minutes.

Of course when you go through "rent to own" places the interest is going to be a little high.. However, other than that, this place is great.. I've never had a problem and have dealt with them for 10+ years.. Very nice staff, greets you as if you are family, and treats you with great respect. The Roswell store is my favorite, they have always made me feel like a priority and a friend rather than just a customer.

The store manager Demarcas needs to either be retrained or fired! After selecting our TV we had to talk with Demarcas about approving an online promotion or the veterans discount. She was immediately hostile and was even fighting with our salesman about taking someone to court. She then had us sit down in her "office" and immediately began to question us about our jobs and payments. She was extremely rude during this and even began to fight with me about the promotions. She demanded that I prove my income, but I didn't want to be on the lease. She kept saying that it was a "red flag" that I didn't want to be on it or prove my income. She also asked about our car which I said has been inoperable for approximately 3 weeks and again she said that was another "red flag". She kept insisting that I was lying and she could tell because she has been doing this for 6 years. I kept calm and tried to resolve everything, but her attitude got so bad that we had to leave. She is BY FAR the worst "store manager" that I have EVER dealt with. We left and walked over to Rent a Center, and received much better customer service.

Stay away, it is not worth it. This is not what you would expect from a store in the heart of Roswell.

Anyways obviously we are not going to take on that responsibility . The manager had so much attitude she wanted for us to pay for the couch before they fix it. We are supposed to trust a business that has literally lied to us for 5 months, that they are going to do what they say.???

Yesterday me and my family had absolutely the worst experience we ever had buying furniture. My mom has bought over $8000 worth of furniture from Aaron's. The lady there claiming to be the GM was so rude to my mother. We have had our brand new broken recliner couch for 5 months. We have heard excuse after excuse why it is still not fixed. We have only been paying for one of the two pieces we have because my mom refused to pay for a broken couch. The manager suggested since they have the same set returned to them that my mom can take the part from the one in the store and fix our couch. Did you hear me, we fix our own couch that we have a contract that they are supposed to maintain their products.

    Of course when you go through "rent to own" places the interest is going to be a little high.. However, other than that, this place is great..
