I have referred them to two friends and they were so pleased with the staff... Kevin guided them through the whole process and took care of them like it was his family.... truly nice to depend on a family owned business taking care of your family during a sad time
I was so disappointed and sad for my friend when the service and reception she was having to honor her Mom was rudely interrupted and cut short because of poor management here. More than 30 minutes before my friend's scheduled time was over, people for the next service were entering the back of the chapel area and disrupting the current gathering. Management was notified and nothing was done to improve the situation. We were rushed to gather flowers and photos and leave while strangers were coming in to get seated for following event. Such a disrespectful and maddening situation! Dreadful!
Very professional and empathetic staff. They really care about the service they provide to grieving families and are great to work with. Highly recommend!
It's a pleasant and respectful place to have a remembrance of those that have passed. Staff are very helpful and caring.
Edit: I would also like to note that for a business, they are even unprofessional in dealing with unsatisfied guests. They only reply to positive reviews. No apology whatsoever for desecrating the funeral of a loved one with a bad attitude. Don’t pick this place for a service.
Unfortunately went for the funeral of a friend past August. The management was overbearingly present, directed every move. I could tell they had completely booked that day because there were people from other groups constantly coming in. I came during the last fifteen minutes of the viewing, but they were in a rush to move us out of the way and refused to let me in, so I never was able to go to the viewing and was instead taken to the chapel. We all stood up a little too early after the service and a man came shouting down the aisle for us all to sit down, and when she was laid to rest he again shouted at us all to move back. I understand that we needed to stay out of the way so they could do their job but it felt like an angry teacher yelling at us, degrading and awful during a service.
