GREAT! This was the second time I've used TE Electricians. A live person (Shannon) answers the phone on the first ring. She was very professional and sharp. Just like the first time, the tech (Sherman) called 30 minutes out and arrived on time. What a well run company. I will continue to use TE in the future and I will recommend them to my family and friends.
My technician, Joey, was wonderful! He was able to come over earlier than my scheduled time slot which was much appreciated. He explained everything he was doing and told me about their Home Care maintenance agreement which he didn't push on me at all. I did end up purchasing it though so they will come out for regular maintenance on my furnace and air conditioning unit. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Jordan came out and as I explained my problem, he gave me options without the usual threat of that the house will burn down. He was very personable, prompt, professional and friendly! He went out of his way to explain multiple times exactly what his plan was and he confirmed with me that I understood what he was saying. As a housewife, I was more than pleased with his service and his mentoring skills (he brought along an apprentice to help finish the job quickly). He was finished earlier than expected and was sure to once again walk me through the work that he did, so that I could explain it to my husband. Jordan came highly recommended by a friend of mine. I will gladly recommend him to others and call him for any further electrical needs.

TE Certified Electricians came out and gave us a very detailed quote with various options to charge our electric car in the garage. Justin was very knowledgeable and friendly with no aggressive sales pitch. On the day of the job (they were ready to do the job the day they quoted it but we wanted to wait), Justin and his assistant were friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything and we are very happy with our choice.
I decided to hire TE after reading their reviews online to repair a faulty light dimmer switch. I submitted a request through their website. I was contact with a schedule date the next day. I received a call from Kyle 30 minutes before arrival. He was on time and professional. He explained the job and the cost. He also made recommendations for other repairs that needed to be made. He replaced the dimmer switch and tested everything when he was done. Overall very satisfied with TE and would recommend them.
