Most unfortunate experience to say the least. Should have followed gut when the type of numbing medicine proved too strong for me and Dr Rader's comment was 'wow, really? That's what I call a cheap date'. Went in for crown on a cracked tooth, after putting it in, turned out a root canal was needed. After a few weeks, told another root canal was needed, same tooth. After more pain and review by an endodontist and 2 other DDS, had tooth pulled. Two of the dentists said he made mistake, caused further tooth damage. One didn't say, but I found out he was alumi chum of Dr Rader. Tried to have Dr Rader refund at least the cost of the crown, which I only had for 2 weeks, to no avail. He said he "would do right by me". Found out that He meant letting him do MORE work on my teeth. Mutiple requests for refund ignored. Brought to GA DDS board, it is just a peer reivew- which took more than a year- and GA is "no fault" state. Learn from my mistake, go to endodontist for real tooth issues. If I could give no stars for review, I would.
I started going to Dr. Rader many years ago after needing immediate assistance for which a workmate suggested him due to having lunch time hours. He got me in same day! My 5 and 8 year olds started going there as well about a year or so ago. We drive almost an hour to get teeth cleaned because of 400 traffic, they love going to the dentist!
I have been a happy client for over 13 years. My entire family goes to Dr. Rader. The office staff is friendly and provide great customer service. Highly recommended.
I have been going to Dr. Rader for nearly 20 years. I had numerous dentists prior, and none did a better job. In addition to fillings, I've had 2 root canals, 4 crowns and an extraction. All done really well with minimal discomfort. Good guy to boot. I highly recommend Dr. Rader
