I've had good experiences with this mechanic. I recommended to my daughter she take her "new" car there to fix check engine light so she could get it registered. Her response to me after working with these guys, "I love this mechanic. Thank you so much for your advice Dad."

This auto repair shop is in my opinion and based on my first hand experience far from being an honest one. I should have known better... The name should have been a warning sign. Overall my experience was not a good one; they took advantage of me and quite simply lied about what needed to be done... It started on the right foot, "free" keurig coffee and friendly enough mechanics and owner, but that is until they hook you, and then the real "fun" begins... Of course at that point you are no longer in the shop when they call you a few hours later to tell you that more repairs are needed, because of course there is always a good reason to do more. The gist of it is that any mechanic can tell you that most parts on your vehicle must be replaced if he looks for parts to be replaced. I should have walked away, but needed my car for a road trip. They got me for roughly twice what I could have spent elsewhere, because they ended up replacing more parts than needed. Note: their labor rate is also roughly 20% to 35% higher than other comparable shops in the area. Their parts multiplier ×3 to ×4 retail prices for the exact same OEM part... Don't be fooled by the "better" parts marketing gimmick... This is so easy to verify in today's connected world. Fool me once shame on you... Fool me twice? Not going to happen... I will take my business elsewhere next time if I need an honest mechanic.

They have actually been Honest with me. They say this needs to be fixed but you can do it your self but they could do it for me. Like my air filter cleaner. Literally told me to get the K&N filter cleaner and do it myself which i did vs (what he told me) a $30 labor charge.

Impressive. Timely. Professional. And truly honest. I came in off the street when my car started smoking. Without making me wait for a later appt., the manager immediately came out to my car to listen and diagnose. Fortunately the issue was simple. The gentleman, Matt, I believe, was very respectful, explained the issue, and offered excellent service. We needed to remove a belt -- he did so without charging me. I was shocked. Honest mechanics are invaluable. I highly recommend this place!

These guys even made me look good. :-)

Follow-up: As I expected the owner is on top of things, he is well trained and understands the importance of replying to comments recounting a not so great experience. Of course his first move is to skillfully attempt to dismiss my review by aluding that he does not have a record of my visit. The problem with that reply is that one can easily see that he has used that line before with other reviewers. Does he really expect everyone to believe that all the 5-stars reviews are real... So many emphatically written reviews... Can anyone really trust the Honest 1. As I said earlier my visit started on the right foot and the mechanics and owner were not unfriendly, except for one of the supervisors who ended up being quite rude on the phone. However, his rudness was not the issue; what I cannot tolerate is to be taken advantage of, and then dismissed as if it did not really happen. You will notice that I don't mentioned the rude supervisor by name as a coutesy. Reviews are a very important component of decision making in today's world. Shame on the owner for trying to dismiss bad reviews.

Absolutely the only place our family will take our cars for service. Have been taking our vehicles (all FIVE of them) to Honest 1 since they opened and won't go anywhere else. A quality national chain company enhanced by the fact that the franchise is locally owned by a Roswell resident who is involved in the community. We are so comfortable with the service and integrity of these folks that we simply drive in, tell them what we need done or what to check and then throw them the keys....They don't perform any service without first clearing with the customer. I can't recommend them any higher than I do.

Have started taking my 05 Mustang here for almost everything now. I prefer to do my own car work but some things are either too messy or too difficult for me. I do my my own cabin air filter, fuel filter, cleaning my cold air intake etc... These guys are actually really honest and tell you what needs to be done in my experience. Took my car there for an oil change and was told "Well these problems you should take care of soon and these problems could wait a while".
