Be very cautious. You will be added RAP/ Insurance despite saying no. Despite saying dont add protection they added RAP for me. I have called their customer care 4 times. Their response we have forwarded the complaint to Branch manager & only the manager will contact me. No escalation. No solution. Awesome - they are the worst. I am giving up my 2000 points accumulated till now, will never go to enterprise after this. But all their other locations have been great.

Had a reserved car, called them from an Uber stuck in Atlanta traffic about being 2 min late... Well simple as is it was, sorry no can do. Arrived 2 minutes passed and all doors locked.

Overall: Good experience, but room for improvement.

The bad: NO ONSITE PARKING! If you are planning to swap out your car for the rental (e.g. for a work trip), you will have to park at the LA Fitness next door (5 minute walk). There is no signage which says this, and I'm not sure what would have happened if I hadn't asked and just left my car there. This is probably not an issue for most, but it was a bit of a hassle for me. They did however give me a ride over from LA Fitness.

The not so good: I had a reservation for 4:30 and showed up right on time. I didn't pull off the lot til 5:10. I credit that to poor planning. Thankfully I wasn't in a huge rush. Also, the inside of the windshield was filthy, which caused a huge glare from headlights at night. This is an issue I've had with every rental car I've gotten (not just Enterprise).

My car was totaled and the insurance companies referred me to Enterprise.... it has been a nightmare. Due to no fault of my own, a mix up in payment occured. A cc I left for incidentals was charged almost 2k dollars!!! Even after the insurance company straightened out the issue, my card was NOT refunded. The customer service from ALI is some of the worse that I have ever received. She left me a sweet little message threatening me with jail time...keep in mind, I did nothing wrong. The

corporate office will be notified of other poor customer service interactions and the entire saga. Rent from another company is my advice.

Everything was as promised and went smoothly. All staff were helpful and professional.

The good: The staff was friendly as I would typically expect from Enterprise (the main reason I typically choose them). They hooked me up with a sweet 2017 Maxima, which was a free upgrade from what I paid for. Also, I chose this location because they are open on Sundays.
