Higher management need to give a customer service training to your employees before LEAVE THEM OUT on your customers. And have a mechanism to make sure that customer complaints are addressed properly.
On November 19 afternoon, I took my kids to this facility and I was sitting in front of the playing area, where I can watch my kids, but suddenly one of the supervisors, rushed to me and gave a strict order to leave the area with my drink and go to where the cafeteria is located. But other people were still enjoying their drinks in the same area. At the moment even if I was not happy being picked on, I said ok and agreed to what the young lady said. And then I started to collect my items to change my sit to the cafteria area. And wondering why I am the only one to be picked on, with in few seconds a second shout came out from this same young lady standing above my shoulder ordering me to move with my drink IMMEDIATELY from this restricted area!! The question that came to my head at the moment was… am I in a correction facility or an amusement park? And I changed my sit to the area where I was ordered to take my drink. On same day I have informed what has happened to her manager and the manager tried to reconcile the issue and the she also acknowledged that some people are still having their drinks in the restricted area, and this fact cannot be denied as the drink cups were easily seen here and there on the benches and on the floor. With all this evidence in front of their eyes either the manager or supervisors did not apologize for what happened rather the supervisor who shouted at me was still angry on me. And that day until the final hours I left this facility I was watching other people enjoying their drinks in the same area, where I was picked on and forced to leave.
This place is great if you are 10 and under. My husband and I went for an hour, knowing good and well that the place would mainly cater to children, however we actually found it super challenging to access any trampoline without a 40lb tot running onto it while we were mid jump. The whole time we were so paranoid that we would bounce a kid up into space. The areas are supposed to be designated by age (0-4, 5-10, 11-15, 16+ or something like that). The areas for small children were carefully guarded however the 16+ area was not. That was very frustrating. In fact, the little kids would run over to the area, and the sky zone employee that was monitoring that area would instead correct my husband and I. Furthermore, we asked a supervisor if they would be opening up one of the two areas that were closed for jumping (we were there from 11-12 on a Saturday and the place was at max capacity). He assured us they would be. They never did. We were so tempted to go under the rope and jump. We only go on one date day a month and this one left us feeling robbed of what should have been a great day. Sky Zone should just mandate that no one above the age of 14 is allowed to jump.
Terrible customer service. Very disorganized. And crappy jump areas. We were there for a bday party in the sky box. One of the girls who was new put the heavy picnic tables standing up but didn't block of the area and the kids weren't told not to go in there. Well it fell and almost landed on a kid. When I said they shouldn't be standing up like that the girl who was gelling with the party got a nasty attitude and said well no one is suppose to be in there. There was nothing blocking the area off. Then she huffed and puffed and got an attitude with the person who payed for the party. Will never go back and will recommend my friends and family to stay clear of this trash dump.
I don’t want to include here all employees, especially some of the employees who I met at front desk area, are professional and experienced in handling customers.
Worst experience possible. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. A 1 star rating is more then what they deserve. Took some kids here for my oldest birthday. My wife and I couldn't jump with our kids on the mat together in a group because it was the policy. We were told to go to the family room. Adults weren't allowed to jump because too many small children... this place is a waste of money..
Would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service. A great place for helicopter parents.
This is a message to some employees of this facility, “please have a little respect for your customers”.
